Hanging weight
The hanging weight is the weight of the carcass after blood, hide & inedible parts are removed
- 1/4 Beef ranges at approx 200 pounds
- 1/2 Beef ranges at approx 400 pounds
- Full Beef ranges at approx 800 pounds
Package take-home weight on all orders are approximately 65% of the hanging weight due to aging, types of cuts selected and packaging
- 1/4 Beef ranges at approx 130 pounds
- 1/2 Beef ranges at approx 260 pounds
- Full Beef ranges at approx 520 pounds
Out of pocket cost is determined by multiplying the hanging weight by $5.00. When placing an order, an installment of 1/2 the approximate price will be required with a major credit card. Once the animal is processed and weighed the exact amount less the initial installment will be invoiced and due upon delivery. Refunds are not allowed since this is a perishable item.
