Be the talk of your summer cook outs with great tasting Stoner Farms All Natural Beef!  Customers have the option of purchasing a full interest, 1/2 interest, or 1/4 interest in a live Stoner Farms All Natural Beef animal.  

Once you decide how much beef your family will eat for the next 12-18 months,  Use our custom cut order form to tell us how much total beef you want.  Then go down the list and choose the Roasts, Steaks and Other items you want to order.   Choose the cuts you want, choose how thick or how many pounds in a particular cut.  Then you can tell the processor how many you want in a package.  Comments are welcom and help the processor assure you are getting what you want.  

After you define the beef cuts and sizes you want, click submit.  You will be presented with the payment that can be put on a credit or debit card.  We require 50% up front to process orders.  Once your order is ready for delivery, we will process the remaining 50% based on the actual hanging weight of your animal.

Dry Aged

After initial processing the meat will dry age for 15 days or more which enhances the flavor, tenderness and sweetness of the meat. After aging, the meat is cut to your custom specifications, vacuum sealed in a clear wrap and then flash frozen to retain the rich flavors until it’s ready for your grill.

Hanging weight

The hanging weight is the weight of the carcass after blood, hide & inedible parts are removed

  • 1/4 Beef ranges at approx 200 pounds
  • 1/2 Beef ranges at approx 400 pounds
  • Full Beef ranges at approx 800 pounds
Take-Home Weight

Package take-home weight on all orders are approximately 65% of the hanging weight due to aging, types of cuts selected and packaging

  • 1/4 Beef ranges at approx 130 pounds
  • 1/2 Beef ranges at approx 260 pounds
  • Full Beef ranges at approx 520 pounds
Out of Pocket Cost

Out of pocket cost is determined by multiplying the hanging weight by $5.00. When placing an order, an installment of 1/2 the approximate price will be required with a major credit card.  Once the animal is processed and weighed the exact amount less the initial installment will be invoiced and due upon delivery.  Refunds are not allowed since this is a perishable item.
